Marine Safety Investigation Reports

Marine Safety Investigation Reports are available in the Marine Casualties and Incidents (MCI) module of the Global Integrated Shipping Information System (GISIS).

Access to GISIS is through the IMO Web Accounts that can be found on the main page of IMO Website (see below picture) or here.

The landing page will allow registration with a public account for free access to resources made available to the public by IMO. It's quick and easy.

Once registered, Access to public modules of GISIS will be possible including the MCI Module with options to access the reports and/or make search for specific occurrences.
