Description: The EPD is responsible for developing policies and plans on environmental protection, energy conservation and the promotion of sustainable development. The Customer Service Centre (CSC) was set up in 2002 to provide a wide range of services on pollution reporting and enquiry on environmental protection subject matters through the hotline +852 2838 3111. The services include pollution complaint registration, enquiry services, helpdesk service for the business community and latest news on EPD services. EPD CSC office hours are Mon- Fri: 9:00 - 18:00; and Saturday: 9:00 - 13:00.
