Today (24 October) IMO joins the rest of the UN system in celebrating UN Day, marking the anniversary of the entry into force of the UN Charter in 1945. IMO is a specialized agency of the UN and collaborates with other bodies throughout the system on a wide variety of topics and initiatives, as our infographic demonstrates.
