IMO Conference Services
The IMO Conference Services deals with all logistical aspects relating to meetings held at IMO headquarters in London, ensuring the smooth running of all events.
Meeting rooms
Meeting rooms are located on the ground, first and second floors.
Meeting rooms have full facilities, with an overhead projector and screen, as well as access to the Internet and TV monitors for videoconferencing.
Simultaneous interpretation in the six IMO official languages is provided for Assembly, Council and Committee meetings and for conferences. Interpretation for Sub-Committee meetings is provided only in English, French, Russian and Spanish.
